Lovely natural scenery surrounds the villa in all directions.
The natural setting of the villa means that you can walk up the hill to the hameau
and then along paths to the west or east. The path to the east offers a stunning walk
along the cliffs to Cavalaire, while the path to the west follows the old railway track to Le Rayol.
There are many other walks in the area.
There are excellent beaches at Le Rayol (3kms), Cavalaire Bay (2kms), Gigaro (3kms) and
Pampelonne, St Tropez (15kms). There are many other alternatives to the west and east.
Cavalaire has good shopping and a market on Wednesdays. St Tropez offers quality shops
of all types, but particularly clothing.
Golf is available at Ste Maxime, Beauvallon or Valcros (5kms west of Le Lavandou) and
there is a championship course at Draguignan.
Tennis is available at Cavalaire Tennis Club.
Wind surfing and Hobycats can be rented at Gigaro beach at the far west end of the bay
of Cavalaire and boats of all types can be rented from Cavalaire.
There are many good restaurants in the area, particularly in Le Rayol and Le Canadel
(5kms west) Grimaud (12kms east) and of course St Tropez. Cavalaire has a lot of restaurants,
particularly at the port.
