Villa Bonne Esperance is situated above a rocky coastline below the hameau of Le Dattier. This unspoilt mini-village of 15 houses, set between Cavalaire and the next village to the West, Le Rayol, is in one of the few remaining sections of natural countryside between Nice and Toulon.

 

The Villa

5 en-suite bedrooms

The villa has 5 bedrooms, two double, two double/twin and one twin, each with an en-suite bath or shower room. Four of them have lovely sea views, looking out over the terraces and garden. 

The Setting

“Pieds dans la mer”

The villa itself is located “pieds dans la mer” 300 metres below the hameau of Le Dattier. It has superb views from each of three terraces in the garden out to the Iles du Levant and these are framed by a pine-covered rocky point to the West.

From the lowest of the terraces there are concrete steps down the cliff to flat rocks below which give access to the sea. You can enjoy complete privacy and it would be difficult to find a more stunning and natural location for swimming and sunbathing.

St Tropez is 16 kms to the East and Le Lavandou 15 kms to the West. Cavalaire is 2kms to the East and Le Rayol 4 kms to the West.

Nice airport is 1½ hours and Marseilles 2 hours away.
