The villa

The villa is built on two levels

The main section on the ground floor and an independent apartment in the sous-sol below. Both have been completely refurbished with up-to-date bathrooms, modern lighting and a brand new kitchen.

All linen and towels are provided including beach towels.

Main house

The main house is spacious with a large living/dining room and French doors leading to the main terrace.

It has a TV in the living room with Sky and Orange TV reception and a broadband router in the dining room. There are two double bedrooms and one twin. The kitchen is large and modern with a long breakfast bar in the middle where meals can be eaten. It has every possible appliance including Neff oven, Neff oven/microwave, Samsung fridge freezer with a cold water /ice button, washing machine, spin dryer and dishwasher. In one corner is a desk with a printer. There are double doors leading to an outside dining area on the main terrace.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.

The master with an en-suite bathroom and two others, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. The two doubles have lovely sea views and one has a balcony which is a sun trap.

 Independent sous-sol apartment

The apartment is reached by steps down the garden terraces and has 2 bedrooms

Each with twin beds which can be joined to make a double. They are both spacious with good sea views. Each has an en-suite shower room.
